Sky Business – SIMO Promo Prize Draw, May 2026 (the “Promotion”)

The Promotion

  1. The Promotion consists of two parts: (1) an instant win game on a ‘Roll to Win’ basis (the “Game”) and (2) a prize draw (the “Grand Draw”).
  2. Eligible entrants can play the Game for a chance to win an instant prize.
  3. Entrants who win an instant prize will automatically be entered into the Grand Draw.
  4. Entrants who do not win an instant prize can still enter the Grand Draw by playing the Game at least twice during the Promotional Period. These plays must take place in separate weeks during the Game Period but do not need to be in consecutive weeks.
  5. Each entrant may receive a maximum of one (1) entry into the Grand Draw.
  6. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries to win the Grand Draw prize.
  7. The playable weeks are as follows: Week 1 runs 00:01 on Monday 18 May 2026 to 23:59 on Sunday 24 May 2026; Week 2 runs 00:00 on Monday 25 May 2026 to 23:59 on Sunday 31 May 2026; Week 3 runs 00:00 on Monday 1 June 2026 to 23:59 on Sunday 7 June 2026; Week 4 runs 00:00 on Monday 8 June 2026 to 23:59 on Sunday 14 June 2026.

Promoter

  1. The promoter of this Promotion is Sky UK Limited (registered number 02906991), Grant Way, Isleworth, Middlesex TW7 5QD (the “Promoter”, “we” or “us”).
  2. The Promotion is administered on behalf of the Promoter by The Promotions Factory Limited (“TPF”).

Eligibility

  1. This Promotion is open to existing Sky Business TV and Sky Business Broadband subscribers for licensed premises in the UK, provided that at the time of entry and at the time the prize is awarded they: (a) have an active Sky Business account; (b) have no outstanding debt on that account.
  2. Employees (or members of their immediate families, including any live-in partner or household member) of any Sky UK Limited company (“Sky”) or suppliers or companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the Promotion.

Promotional Period

  1. The Promotion opens at 00:01 on Monday 18 May 2026 and will close at 23:59 on Sunday 14 June 2026 (the “Game Period”), following which, the winner of the Grand Draw will be chosen on or around Monday 15 June 2026.

Entry Requirements

  1. No purchase is required to participate in this promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, there is no charge to enter, to find out if you have won, or to claim the prizes. Internet access is required and standard data charges may apply.
  2. To enter this Promotion, you will need to play the Game during the Game Period by:
    1. Visiting sky.com available via desktop or mobile.
    2. Complete the online entry form with your full name and email address linked to your Sky Business account; and
    3. clicking ‘Roll to Play’ and complete the Game.
  3. Entrants may play the Game a maximum of once per week during the Game Period, and no more than four (4) times in total.
  4. The Game is an instant win game. The Game is an instant win game. Winners are determined by a randomised process. The “roll” animation is for visual purposes only and does not affect the outcome. The Game does not require skill to take part.
  5. If an entrant wins an instant win prize, they will be notified immediately on-screen and will automatically be entered into the Grand Draw. Entrants who win an instant win prize will not be able to play the Game again.
  6. Entrants who do not win an instant win prize will be entered into the Grand Draw once they have played the Game at least twice during the Game Period.
  7. Regardless of the number of times the Game is played, each entrant will receive a maximum of one (1) entry to the Grand Draw.
  8. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted (this includes but is not limited to entries sent in through agents, third party websites or on multiple accounts will be disqualified). Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will also be disqualified.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to not award prizes if qualifying criteria are not met and the right to select a replacement winner of the Promotion.

Winner Selection and notification

  1. Instant win prizes are awarded at random during gameplay and will be immediately notified on-screen message, along with a confirmation email confirming the voucher amount and attaching the voucher.
  2. One (1) Grand Draw winner will be selected by a random computer-generated process from all eligible entries received during the Game Period. The winner will be chosen on or around Monday 15 June 2026.
  3. The winner will be contacted within 28 days of the end of the Game Period by email and/or telephone by or on behalf of the Promoter (which may include TPF), using the contact details provided on entry.
  4. The winner will have 7 days to accept their prize, otherwise an alternative winner will be drawn by the Promoter.
  5. If the winner cannot be contacted by Monday 13 July 2026 or is not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
  6. The Grand Draw winner is required to be the beneficiary of the prize. The Promoter may require proof of identity and eligibility before awarding any prize, and the winner may not transfer the prize to someone else.
  7. These terms will apply to any replacement winner, however, they may have less time to accept their prize. 

Prizes

  1. Instant win prizes consist of digital ‘One4All’ vouchers in the following quantities and denominations:
  • 150 x £20;
  • 40 x £30;
  • 30 x £40;
  • 20 x £50.
  1. Vouchers redeemable in-store or online with any retailer that accepts One4All vouchers. Check one4all.com/new-where-to-spend for list of retailers.. One voucher per customer. Vouchers are issued by TPF via email. Vouchers should be used within 18 months from date of issue, after that date, vouchers are still valid but an operational and processing charge of £0.90 commences monthly, deducted from the balance of the voucher by One4All.One4All is not a sponsor of this promotion and voucher is subject to One4All’s own terms and conditions.   2. One (1) winner of the Grand Draw will receive 1 x £2000 Holiday Gift Card to be spent at lastminute.com. The prize does not include any costs or expenses not expressly stated, including (without limitation) travel to and from departure points, insurance, taxes, transfers, visas, vaccinations, service charges, meal or personal spending money. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas and any other required travel documentation, and for complying with any applicable health or entry requirements.   3. The prize does not include any other service or item not specifically described above.
  4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative, unless agreed otherwise.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value where necessary for reasons beyond its control.
  6. Third-party terms and conditions apply to the prizes, including those of One4All and lastminute.com. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence. 

Data Protection

  1. Personal data collected during the Promotion will be used for administering the Promotion, including contacting winners and fulfilling prizes.
  2. Personal data may be shared with third parties assisting the promotion, including TPF, for the purposes of administering the Promotion, conducting the Grand Draw and fulfilling prizes.
  3. All data will be processed and held by TPF in accordance with Sky’s Privacy Notice which can be found on Sky.com.

General

  1. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay your ability to play the Game and subsequently your Grand Draw entry.
  2. All prizes that involve an experience or attendance at an event are for the personal enjoyment of the Sky Business customer entering the Promotion. The Sky Business customer must not email tickets or offer them as a prize or transfer them. They must also not distribute personal login details, unique codes, passwords or tickets or photocopy or print multiple tickets.
  3. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from the enjoyment of the prize; and/or any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize beyond the Promoter’s control; and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
  4. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
  5. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  6. The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter, other entrants or Sky staff which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
  7. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.
  8. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case they will be governed by Scots law or Northern Ireland law (as applicable). Any disputes under these terms and conditions shall be dealt with by the courts whose law governs these terms and conditions, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you can choose to bring a dispute before the courts in your country or the courts of England and Wales instead.
